How do super models get their gorgeous skin?   While it's true that many skin care models have flawless skin that is the work of master Photoshop artists, it is also true that beautiful, radiant skin is not out of reach for the rest of us.  With a little extra time and the right products, your skin can look soft and can have a healthy glow. 
 

TIP #1:  ADD A PROTECTIVE LAYER OF SUNSCREEN

This increases the risk of wrinkling and age spots. UVB rays are the type that cause sunburn.  If your skin is exposed to both of these type of rays, your risk of skin tumors and cancer increases.  The best sunscreen offers protection from all UV light.


You can apply the sunscreen in the morning to your face under your makeup and also apply to your hands and other areas of the body that could be exposed to the sun during the day.  Keep a small amount handy in your purse so that it is available if you need to reapply.
